Day 30
Here is Day 30 recap:
- 6 hours of sleep
- Exercise for the day- no exercise today…
- ? steps walked- couldn’t get my pedometer today… so i’ll ask again tomorrow.
- Water- Good! about 9 (20 oz.) = 180 oz.
- Eating- Good!
- Breakfast - High fiber cereal, soy milk, 3 egg-whites, 1 egg, 1 turkey breast slice
- Snack - Yogurt
- Lunch- 1 serving of EFL turkey meat loaf, 1/2 cup of beans
- Snack- Go Lean Crunch Bar
- Dinner- 1 serving of Chicken Scallopinni, 3/4 cups of green beans
- Dessert - 1 blue-bunny krunch light bar
1 month down… 5 more to go!!! I can definitely see progress now.
I don’t know why I ever left exercising for sitting on the couch & watching TV. I can only imagine what my result will be in 30, 60 & 90 more days! Amazing! I can’t wait for class tomorrow.

Way to go. Congrats on the weight loss. I am about 25 lbs into my own weight loss experience. I hope you find continued success.
